Mirza Imamovic

Mirza Imamovic has worked at BDO since 2021 and is a Senior Tax Associate within M&A Tax and Global Mobility. He advises individuals and employers on international tax matters in a Swedish and cross-border context.

Mirza specialises in tax matters relating to employees working across borders and their employers, including Swedish employer and individual tax obligations, the application of tax treaties, the avoidance of double taxation and social security matters. His experience also includes M&A tax advisory and tax due diligence in connection with corporate transactions.

Prior to joining BDO, Mirza was employed by the Swedish Tax Agency.

Mirza holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Gothenburg.
