  • We want to create an even better customer experience that simplifies your day-to-day work by reducing manual steps and standardizing recurring processes.


  • Access to the old BDO Portal will be limited after the launch of the new portal.


  • The launch date will be announced shortly.
  • Old cases and documents will continue to be available through you consultat at BDO.
  • Much of the functionality remains the same, but our goal is to give you a more positive experience with a modernized interface.

  • A new communication tool will also make collaboration between you and your BDO consultant smoother and more efficient.

  • As a client, you can log in to the BDO Portal in two ways – using BankID or Microsoft Authenticator.
  • If you have a Swedish personal identity number, we recommend BankID. Otherwise, Microsoft login works just as well.

To log in using Micrisoft Authenticator you need:
  • A Microsoft account (from your company or a personal one, e.g., @outlook.com)
  • The Microsoft Authenticator app installed on your mobile device

How it works:

  • When you log in, select Microsoft login.
  • The BDO portal sends a sign-in request to your Authenticator app.
  • You confirm the login directly in the app – quickly and securely.

This method uses your own Microsoft identity – that is, the account belonging to your company or organization, not a BDO account.

  • Make sure you are using the correct login method (BankID or Microsoft).
  • If the problem persists, please contact your BDO consultant.
  • User manuals, guides, and videos on how to work in the new portal are available directly within the new BDO Portal under User Guides.
  • If you can’t access the user manual in the new BDO portal, please contact your BDO consultant.
